I’m Jesus “Chuy” Medina, founder of EngineerChi. I’m a software engineer and DevOps professional driven by a belief that technology should do more than scale companies — it should help people, neighborhoods, and communities move forward.

Over the years, I’ve worked across infrastructure, automation, web development, and product delivery, but my deeper mission has always stayed the same: build systems that are useful, human, and rooted in the realities of everyday life. EngineerChi is my way of bringing that mission into one home.

This organization is about creating thoughtful digital experiences, developing tools for local impact, and helping businesses, creatives, and community-oriented projects bring their ideas to life with strong engineering behind them.

Whether that means building a clean web platform, designing a custom application, or shaping technology that serves a broader civic purpose, the goal is the same — combine technical excellence with intention.
